New clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a client information form.
 
         
 
We understand things come up and, as such, you may need to cancel your already booked appointment. As a courtesy to your stylist and other clients, however, we do require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations received less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked.
 
         
 
Part of our mission is to provide our clients with the most spa like experience we can achieve! To that end, and for your child’s safety, as well as the physical layout of Sanela Salon, we are unable to accommodate children. As with most hair salons, our salon is equipped with chemicals, hot tools and many outlets. Accordingly, we are simply not a practical, suitable or safe space for children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Please understand our policy is for the safety of your child.
 
         
 
Sanela Salon stands behind the products we sell so much that we are eager to PRICE MATCH OUR COMPETITORS! This means all you have to do is show us the competitors pricing on your phone (or bring in a flyer/advertisement) that sells the exact same product for less money – and we will MATCH THEIR PRICE on your new purchase.
 
         
 
Gift cards are available in person as well as over the phone. (Simply email or call and we will do the rest!) They make great gifts all year long. Treat a loved one to an unforgettable salon experience.
 
         
 
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check or Venmo. We apologize, but we are unable to process gratuities on credit cards, however, our stylists and floor assistants do accept gratuities through Venmo. Check out their profile under “OUR TEAM” for their specific Venmo account.
 
         
 
Our team is growing and so are the amount of clients they have. To that end, appointments may be scheduled by phone or email, however, we recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we are better able to accommodate you.
 
         
 
All product sales are final. However, returns will be accepted when accompanied with a receipt within two weeks of purchase, unopened and unused, for a store credit only. We care about the health and safety of our clients and apologize for any inconvenience this may present.

With the exception of guide dogs, no dogs are permitted in the salon at any time.
