COVID-19 News

Employee Tested Positive Today

One of our employees has tested positive for COVID-19 today, Saturday, June 20, 2020. Because all employees at Sanela Salon have been wearing masks and face shields at all times since we re-opened on May 26, the employee who tested positive is not considered to be a contact person. The state 211 doesn’t consider a person wearing PPE to be a risk for spreading COVID-19. However, out of an abundance of caution, we are closing the salon and will re-open on July 7, at 9am – 7pm.

If you have questions or concerns, you may reach out to the COVID-19 hotline at mass211.org/ or simply dial 211, ext. 26 on your cell phone.

For additional information, please go to the Massachusetts state website on COVID-19 testing at mass.gov/covid-19-testing

Sanela Salon window

Dear Valued Clients,

On Tuesday, April 28, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker announced that he will again extend the stay-at-home advisory until May 18, 2020.

We are hoping for a Monday, May 18, opening, however, with all the uncertainty of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic we have decided to not reschedule any appointments at this time until we are one-hundred percent certain of a firm reopen date.

In the meantime, if we can assist you with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out by phone, text, email or video messaging.

Again, thank you so much for your love, support, and understanding during this time. We miss all of you and miss being in the salon.
